Welcome to Sea View Lodge Holiday Hostel. Our newly opened Sea View Hostel is located 20km outside of Galway in the heart of Connemara.
Our location is an ideal base to explore the best of what Galway has to offer whether it is enjoying a pint in the local pubs, listening to traditional music, or enjoying spectacular views of Galway and Connemara. There are also trips to Aran Islands and lake and sea trips in the Summer.

DIRECTIONS
Driving directions from Dublin
From Dublin City drive to the quays and continue to Heuston Station which will be on your right.
Take the N4 and continue following signs for the The West.
Continue to Clonard where you will see signposts for the M6 and Galway.
Continue along the M6 until you reach the roundaboutt at Doughisaka, Galway; take second exit and follow the dual carriageway to the next round about and take second exit, go onto the next roundabout (Tuam Road) and take second exit. Proceed to next roundabout (Headford Road) and take second exit. Proceed to next roundabout and take 3rd exit onto Quincentenial Bridge. Proceed through traffic lights to next roundabout and take second exit, go through two sets of lights, one roundabout, and turn right at lights at top of road. Follow this road, passing through, Barna, Furbo and Spiddal. After Spiddal continue along coast road for 7 km and you will see Hostel on your right hand side.
Journey time: 3 Hours.
Driving Directions from Shannon Airport:
Drive north from Shannon airport on the N18 passing through Ennis and on to Galway.
At the Oranmore roundabout take the second exit; at the next roundabout take the second exit; at the next roundabout take the second exit (Galway Clinic) to the first Doughiska roundabout at the new M6 motorway; take the second exit. to the second Doughiska roundabout. take second exit and follow the dual carriageway to the next roundabout and take second exit, go onto the next roundabout (Tuam Road) and take second exit. Proceed to next roundabout (Headford Road) and take second exit. Proceed to next roundabout and take 3rd exit onto Quincentenial Bridge.
